Account Executive

Ten Mile Square Technologies is growing and has a newly created position for outbound market development. This vital front line role is the fuel for our growth, and has both professional growth opportunities as well as generous upside incentives commensurate with success.

We are seeking a motivated outbound sales professional focused on lead generation, opportunity qualification, and opportunity tracking/following up. A successful 10mi2 sales and marketing professional has the following background:

  • 1-3 years outbound sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to market and sell technology professional services
  • Lead sourcing
  • Technology savvy
  • Consultative sales approach – first understand customer needs
  • Basic lead qualification

A well-matched sales professional at 10mi2 has the following characteristics:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Builds relationships with the market
  • Ambitious, but for team over self
  • Persistent self-starter who is comfortable with listening and learning

The account executive responsibilities include:

  • Bring a quarterly quota of leads and qualified opportunities in FY2017
  • Engaging 10mi2 partner and account managers to support opportunity development activities
  • Contribute to proposal content / manage proposal process

Compensation is based on salary + commission incentive for deals that are closed.
