Addressed Technology Debt, Architecture, and Security Issues

RightEye is a growth-stage healthtech that needed to address: brain drain from turnover; legacy technology and technology debt; processes for product management, data science, and engineering coordination; technology leadership; unknown security posture; and its ability to keep up with product and customer demands.

“We had a great product but had holes in our SaaS architecture and security. Ten Mile Square came in to conduct a technology assessment and quickly laid out a plan, executed the strategy, and provided us the resources we needed. Serving as our interim CTO, Frank understood our business and growth goals. He provided the foresight of what we needed to meet our company’s technology vision.”

Secure AWS Infrastructure and Address Compliance Requirements

RightEye initially hired Ten Mile Square to perform a comprehensive technology, product development, organizational, and security assessment. Within a week, we delivered a report that outlined a prioritized roadmap of remediation and improvement activities to address the issues we identified.

Since then, RightEye has engaged Ten Mile Square consultants to embed with their team to implement strategic initiatives including: securing the AWS infrastructure, automation of the build and CI/CD pipeline through production, building the user interface for a new product, and embedding Frank Oelschlager as their fractional CTO to make improvements across the board and uplift the entire organization to new capacity and capabilities.
